Welcome to Numismaticos.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Numismaticos.com, including our online store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, using our Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services or place an order.

1. General Conditions

Numismaticos.com provides an online platform through which customers may browse and purchase coins, medals, numismatic items, collectibles, and related products.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, restrict access to the Services, or discontinue any part of the Services when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your use or transaction will apply as permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

By using our Services or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Because many of the products sold by Numismaticos.com are coins, medals, and other collectibles, individual items may exhibit characteristics associated with their age, manufacture, circulation, storage, handling, toning, or prior ownership.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, photographs of an individually listed collectible are intended to represent the actual item being offered for sale.

Images may appear differently depending on lighting, photography equipment, display settings, screen calibration, magnification, and other factors. Colors, toning, luster, surface characteristics, and other visual features may therefore appear somewhat different when the item is viewed in person.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all available photographs and descriptions before purchasing. If you have questions or concerns regarding the condition, appearance, authenticity, certification, or other characteristics of an item, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Grading and Condition

Coin grading and evaluation of collectible condition may involve professional judgment and, in some circumstances, subjective interpretation.

When an item has been certified by a third-party grading or authentication service, any grade, attribution, designation, or certification associated with that item represents the determination of that third party.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Numismaticos.com does not guarantee that a customer, dealer, collector, grading service, or other third party will independently assign the same grade, value, attribution, or opinion to an item.

References to grades, varieties, catalog numbers, estimated values, rarity, or other numismatic characteristics are provided in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us at the time of listing.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and other information may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and inventory information is accurate. However, typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where permitted by law, cancel or decline an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We may also limit quantities purchased by a single customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address when reasonably necessary.

7. Payment

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. Numismaticos.com does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, verified, or successfully processed.

8. Shipping

We currently ship orders only to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico.

International shipping is not currently available. Orders placed for delivery to unsupported international destinations may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of coins, numismatic items, and collectibles, returns are generally not accepted except under exceptional circumstances or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review photographs, descriptions, certifications, and other available information before purchasing and to contact us with any questions before placing an order.

Any approved return, refund, cancellation, or other remedy is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Order Inspection and Problems

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item is received, or there is another material problem with an order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@numismaticos.com and provide relevant information and photographs when appropriate.

We will evaluate reported issues individually and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with our policies and applicable law.

11. Authentication and Third-Party Certification

Certain products may be authenticated, graded, encapsulated, or certified by independent third-party organizations.

Third-party grading and authentication companies operate independently from Numismaticos.com. Their opinions, grades, certifications, guarantees, databases, population reports, and policies are controlled by those organizations and may change over time.

References to a third-party certification do not imply that the grading or authentication company sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Numismaticos.com.

12. Numismatic and Market Information

Any historical, educational, numismatic, pricing, market, rarity, population, precious-metal, or collectible information provided through our website is for general informational purposes.

The market value of coins and collectibles can fluctuate substantially and may depend on factors including condition, rarity, demand, precious-metal prices, certification, provenance, and broader market conditions.

Past sales, auction results, price guides, catalog values, estimated values, or other pricing information do not guarantee the present or future value of an item.

Nothing provided through Numismaticos.com constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and purchasing coins or collectibles may involve financial risk.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content created for Numismaticos.com, including original text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Numismaticos.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or substantially copy our original content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, certifications, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Prohibited Uses
